Destination Weddings

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We kindly encourage you to read them carefully, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

1 – Privacy

  • Your personal information is used solely for necessary communication and the delivery of invoices or prints. Your data will never be disclosed or shared with third parties.
  • To delete your account and all associated data, go to ‘My Account’ > Account Details > Delete Account.
  • We reserve the right to use photos and videos for portfolio and promotional purposes (including our website and social media).
    By booking a wedding coverage, you agree to this policy.
    If you do not agree, a buyout fee applies of €1000.
    Note: Nude photos do not require a buyout.
  • PIXEL Creative Studio retains full copyright at all times.
    The photos and videos you receive are for personal use only, and you are granted a usage license. You may print and store them, but not sell or distribute them for commercial use (e.g., makeup artists or cake designers). These parties may contact us directly to obtain a usage license. We generally do not charge a fee for this.
  • Commercial and exclusive usage licenses are available for purchase and are priced per assignment or per image / Video.

  • Commercial license grants one user or business the right to use the photos/videos commercially without logo or credit, for unlimited use in both scope and duration.
    Resale is excluded. Copyright and resale rights remain with PIXEL Creative Studio at all times.

  • Exclusive usage license grants one user or business the right to use the content exclusively for commercial purposes, without logo or credit, and with unlimited use in scope and duration.
    Resale from both sides is prohibited. Copyright remains with PIXEL Creative Studio at all times.

  • All photos and videos are stored on our cloud. Clients receiveunlimited access to their personal folder for downloads, available through their account on our website.

2 – Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the wedding day.

3 – Delivery

  • Experience a seamless and timely delivery: a curated preview of your photos will be available within 1–3 days, with the complete, professionally edited collection of photos and videos delivered within 2–4 weeks — beautifully crafted to match the elegance of your wedding day.

4 – Cancellation & Date Changes

If cancellation or a change of wedding date occurs within 1 year of the scheduled date:

The non-refundable deposit will cover the cancellation or rescheduling costs.
Any remaining balance already paid may either be refunded or applied toward a new date.
A new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled date.

If cancellation or a change of wedding date occurs more than 1 year in advance:

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be returned to you minus a €100 cancellation fee).
Any additional amount already paid may either be refunded or applied to the new date.
For rescheduling, a €100 date-change fee will apply.

Please note:
Printed products or other custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, and are therefore non-refundable.
